Since April 2022, Ukraine Aid Operations helps the Armed Forces of Ukraine with critical equipment. We do this with the help of donations from all over the world. As these donations are based on trust, we are happy to provide you our UAO Transparency Report (till including April 2026), showing how we use your donations (For info: We update the transparency report quarterly). The highlights:
- Overall, UAO has raised over $14.04 million since 2022 (excluding Amazon donations)
- In average, 91.97% of your donations went to buying equipment such as medical items, drones, boats or ambulances for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. We are very proud of this efficiency, as it distinguishs us from ordinary charities.
- 5.44% of the donations were used to cover operational costs such as warehousing and delivery costs. During the previous months, we were able to reduce our operational costs by another 1% by making our logistics processes more efficient.
- 2.59% of the donations were used to maintain our popular UAO Victory Gallery & Shop, which are important pillars of our fundraising. Expenses here include compensations for the artists, material costs (e.g. patches and flags) and shipping.
- As registered charity, our financials are checked by an external accountant and additionally reported to the responsible authorities, giving you further assurance. The recent tax-filing for our US foundation was in March 2026.
In the sheet below you find the summary of how we used your donations. If you have further questions, do not hesitate to contact us!

Transparency on the Ground in Ukraine
Moreover, we share all our deliveries to Ukrainian units on our social media accounts, such as Twitter or Instagram. It is very important to us that you see that your donations arrive at the frontline, so our delivery photos and videos are a critical part of our transparency.
You can also check our monthly UAO Blog, which gives you the latest information about our ground work in Ukraine.
As registered charity, each of our deliveries to the defenders of Ukraine is documented with so-called send/receive letters, which must be signed by the units. These enable a clear papertrail for the items.
