Since the major part of your contribution represents a donation, refunds are usually not possible.

However, if a product is significantly different from the one shown in photographs, please contact bastian@ukrainaidops.org (flags and patches) or lenny@ukraineaidops.org (Victory Gallery) within 30 days after receiving the item to request a replacement, or to report any other issues with your purchase. We usually find a way to solve your problem
